The body, cover, and filter cartridge of the oil filter are made of Q235-A, and the filter screen is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti; the ratio of the effective filtration area of the oil filter screen cartridge to the nominal diameter cross-sectional area is not less than 5; oil filters for lubricating oil media are equipped with magnetic blocks, made of AINiCo5; the oil filter undergoes tightness and strength tests at a pressure of 0.75MPa for not less than 5 minutes, with no leakage; after derusting and cleaning, the inner cavity of the oil filter is coated with anti-rust oil, and the outer surface is coated with anti-rust primer and light gray finish paint once each.

This air filter is suitable for compressed air pipeline systems of ships.

The body, cover, and filter cartridge of the air filter are made of steel 20, the filter cartridge is made of copper tube T4; threaded joints of DN10-32 air filters are according to CB822-84; flanges of DN40-50 air filters are configured according to PN4.0MPa, Type B – CB/T47-1999 or PN4.0MPa, Type B – GB10746-1989.

Scope of Application: This product is suitable for seawater pipelines of various types of ships.

Main Component Materials of Seawater Filter: Body material is copper, filter screen material is copper wire mesh, valve cover material is brass, cross rod material is carbon steel, sealing gasket material is rubber.

1. The copper seawater filter meets the requirements of this standard and is manufactured according to unified drawings.

2. The ratio of the total open area of the filter screen to the nominal diameter cross-sectional area is not less than 5 for DN20-50mm, and not less than 3 for DN65-150mm.

3. Fastening parts are galvanized.

4. The filter body and cover undergo strength test with water pressure at PN=4MPa, and after assembly, tightness test with water pressure at PN=3.2MPa.

5. After passing the test, the surface of the filter is painted green.

The Y-type filter is an indispensable filtering device in pipeline systems for conveying media. It is usually installed at the inlet end of pressure reducing valves, relief valves, constant water level valves, or other equipment to remove impurities from the medium and protect the normal operation of valves and equipment. The Y-type filter features a simple structure, low resistance, and convenient排污. It is suitable for media such as water, oil, and gas. Generally, the mesh for water is 18~30目, for gas 10~100目, and for oil 100~480目. The basket filter mainly consists of connections, main pipe, filter basket, flanges, flange covers, and fasteners. When liquid enters the filter basket through the main pipe, solid impurity particles are trapped in the basket, while clean fluid passes through the basket and is discharged from the filter outlet.
